The programme is designed to produce emergency Medical technicians (EMTs) who are expected to assess and recognize medical, traumatic, emotional and psychological emergencies, as well as render basic first aid through advanced life support care in a wide variety of environmental conditions to people of all ages. This programme is designed to enable graduates to work effectively in a range of Emergency Medical fields including working as a Paramedic, Emergency Medical Providers in Hospitals, Fire Services, Ambulance and Rescue Services. |

Academic Pathway | Diploma in EMT Qualification holders can move into the Bachelors level & the Bachelors can be completed either in Sri Lanka. BSc in Paramedic– Alliance International University – 1 year part time program in Sri Lanka after completing the Diploma in EMT program. |
